Oh No! Looks Like You Are Not Hunting
Alligator This Year. You Need a Quota Alligator Harvest Permit
You
were one of the lucky ones to be drawn for an alligator hunt this year.
However, it appears that you have not yet obtained your quota alligator harvest
permit. Without this permit, you are not legal to hunt alligator.
To Do:
Log
in to your customer account at GoOutdoorsGeorgia.com to complete the
transaction for a quota alligator harvest permit (already placed in your
account). Note: The appropriate quota
alligator harvest permit has been approved for you based on residency. If
residency has changed, please call 1-800-366-2661 to purchase the appropriate
license.
The
cost is $75 resident, $250 non-resident. If you have a lifetime sportsman’s
license, senior lifetime hunting license, youth sportsman’s/youth hunting
license, disability sportsman’s license, or honorary license you have been
authorized for an alligator harvest permit at no cost, but you still must visit
your customer account and obtain the permit before hunting.
What About My Harvest Tag?
As a
courtesy, we already have mailed your physical temporary plastic alligator
harvest tag to the address on file for your account. If
you have already obtained your quota alligator harvest permit, but have not yet
received your plastic alligator harvest tag, please call (229) 426-5267.
