Upgrade to a wildlife plate for only $25!
A law enacted July of 2014 cut the cost of an eagle, hummingbird, quail and trout plate to only $25 more than a standard peach plate. And what's even better is $19 of each purchase and $20 of each renewal will by law go to help conserve Georgia wildlife, from bald eagles to bobwhite quail!
Wildlife plates are the No. 1 source of non-federal funds for Georgia Department of Natural Resources programs that are dedicated to nongame wildlife which receive no state appropriations, bobwhite quail habitat restoration, and trout restoration.
These tags fund work that conserves wildlife and habitats for future generations while strengthening our state's economy. Without these funds, we might not have seen the restoration of species such as the bald eagle to the highest numbers in decades, and this is just one of many success stories.
What can you do?
Show your support by purchasing or renewing an eagle plate, bobwhite quail plate, or trout plate
By doing so, you’ll help give Georgia wildlife an even better chance!
