Fun in the sun! Treasure Island Fire Rescue crews got a chance to have some interactive and cool fun with Treasure Island Summer Campers at Treasure Island Community Park.
TIFR hosted a Summer Camp Splash Down where campers played underneath the cooling waters of a fire hose, slid down a large slip-n-slide, and got the chance to operate a fire hose as they fought a mock house fire.
TIFR was happy to put a smile on these campers' faces while also cooling them down in this summer heat!

In the city’s quest to go digital and paperless, the city has created an online permitting and planning system (OPPS) for submitting permits. By signing into OPPS, you can now follow your permit from submission to issuance.
The city now has 100 permit types available for submittal on the OPPS system. New construction and additions have been omitted from the list for the time being, as well as antennas and right-of-way permits. These will be added at a future date.
