Online Permitting and Planning System Now Active

In the city’s quest to go digital and paperless, the city has created an online permitting and planning system (OPPS) for submitting permits. By signing into OPPS, you can now follow your permit from submission to issuance.

Looking for public information type requests like “does my neighbor have a permit?” or “can you give me the permit number for when I got my roof done?”

Click on the Search Community Development Department Records. Enter the entire permit number with the dashes.

You can also search by address.

Searching by parcel number is the most effective way to search a property.

You can find the parcel number at pcpao.org under search by address. The parcel number will look like this: 23-31-15-91836-008-0030. When you search it through our local search it will need to have the first 3 numbers in reverse and be entered with no dashes. Like this: 153123918360080030
