The South Florida Water Management District (SFWMD) Governing Board is encouraging the public to participate in this month’s monthly board meeting on Thursday, May 14. As part of the District’s efforts to increase public engagement, the public can submit written public comment ahead of the meeting online in addition to providing spoken public comment during the meeting.

To submit written comments click here. Written comments must be submitted by 5 p.m. EDT on Wednesday, May 13. Written public comments are then shared with the board for their review prior to the meeting.

There will also be several opportunities to provide spoken public comment during the meeting using Zoom. Participants may raise their hand in Zoom and will then be called on and unmuted during the public comment portions of the meeting.
