It’s heating up out there! Be sure to hydrate before, during, and after your match. Wear a hat, take longer breaks, and stay in the shade when possible. At the first sign of overheating or feeling unwell—STOP immediately🛑! Your health always comes first, even if it means stepping off the court. Too many players push through when their body is clearly asking for a timeout.
