Our Pools are Open!

At Arlington Park & Aquatic Complex, our pools are heated - so you can swim all year long. Day passes are just $4 for adults (18-54) and $2 for youth and seniors. Monthly and Annual passes are also available. 

Public Swim Hours of Operation:

• Monday thru Friday: 10:00 am – 7:00 pm 
• Saturday: 11:00 am – 5:00 pm
• Closed Sunday
• Full remodeled showers and locker rooms.

Lifeguard Course

Fee: $150

Age:15+

This course is categorized as blended learning. You will be sent a link to complete roughly 7.5 hours of learning modules online prior to the class. The link will be sent within 24-48 hours of registering and all modules need to be completed prior to starting class. Please bring a copy or photo of your completed certificate for the online modules.

You will learn to help others stay safe in, on, and around the water, the latest safety and rescue techniques, and how to deliver critical care, such as CPR, first aid, and AED administration, when it is needed most. Every class will cover important skills that will not only help you stay safe while helping others enjoy the water safely, but can help you begin, or advance, your career in aquatics. Swim test first day of class.

Please bring water, swimsuit, towel, sunscreen, and lunch/snacks.

Class 1:  March 18-21

Class 2: April 4-6

Class 3: April 25 (Fri) 3p-7:30p, April 26 (Sat) 8a-5:15p, April 27 (Sun) 8a-5:15p

Class 4: May 2 (Fri) 3p-7:30p. May 3 (Sat) 8a-5:15p. May 4 (Sun) 8a-5:15p

Hounds on the Hunt

Thursday, April 17, 5:30 pm

$5 per dog. All are welcome!

Join us at the Bark Park for our 5th Dog Egg Hunt. Dogs will be able to hunt for eggs and win prizes.

An annual favorite for hounds and humans alike, Hounds on the Hunt offers dogs and their owners a chance to hunt for eggs together, win special prizes, and take photos with the Easter bunny! All participating pups will receive a treat bag for participating.

*Pre-registration is encouraged*

(Sorry, kids - this hunt is just for the dogs!) A special children’s area will be set up so they can cheer on their beloved doggie family member from the sidelines.

Dogs must be on leash during the entire event. Dogs that are acting aggressive or are unable to be controlled by their owner will not be permitted to participate.

AQUA EGG HUNT

Saturday, April 12 – 1pm - 2pm

Cost: $5 per child

Age: 1-12 years old

Hunt for eggs in our heated pool! Groups will be divided by age to make sure each child can gather eggs safely. Special prizes will be awarded to those who find the "golden" eggs, and all kids will get to meet the Easter bunny and take home a goody bag.  Register in advance since space is limited per age group!  NOTE: Parents must enter the water for the 3 years and under and 4–5-year-old category.

1:00 p.m.: 3 years old & younger

1:20 p.m.: 4 – 5 years old

1:40 p.m.: 6 – 8 years old, shallow water (3.5 - 4 feet)

2:00 p.m.: 8 - 12 years old, deep water* (4 - 4.5 feet)

*Must arrive before 1:40 p.m. to complete a swim test if participating in the deep-water hunt.

Learn to Swim!

Session 1: March 31 - April 23 (Mondays / Wednesdays)

Session 2: April 28 - May 21 (Mondays / Wednesdays)

Description: Get ready for the pool with swim lessons at Arlington Park & Aquatic Complex! Four-week sessions are available for kids from 3 to 12 years old. This program provides a positive, fun-filled opportunity for youth to learn abilities that will help prevent water accidents and provide lifelong skills in swimming.

Swim 101 & Swim 201* :  3 to 5-year-olds , 4:30 pm - 5:00 pm

Swim 102 & Swim 202* :  6 to 9-year-olds , 5:05 pm - 5:35 pm

Summer Camp at Arlington

June 9 - August 1

8, 1 week sessions Monday-Friday 7:30am-5:30pm

Fee: $25 deposit per week & $150 per week (total of $175)

Age: 6-12 years old

Description: Experience a summer packed full of adventure, crafts, games, field trips, swimming, nature and educational activities and so much more. Each session a new theme will be discovered. Campers will need to bring a water bottle, swimsuit, towel, and sunscreen each day to camp. Breakfast, lunch & snacks will be provided. The weekly fee includes an offsite field trip and one camp shirt.

There are multiple forms that will need to be completed. 

Super Saturdays - Kids Learn to Play Tennis 

Tennis is awesome! Juniors will learn tennis "fun"damentals in a safe, positive, and encouraging, on-court experience.  

Summer Session: June 7, 14, 21 & 28

Ages 5-6: 9:00 am - 9:45 am

Ages 7-12: 9:45 am – 10:30 am

Cost is $20 for the 4-week session or $5 for a single program. Spots are limited. Pre-registration is required. Register through the front desk at 941-263-6641.

Adult Beginner Class

Tuesday Nights – 5:30-6:30 pm

🎾See how much fun everyone has playing tennis?  You can learn too in our new Adult Beginner Class, which includes four one-hour sessions with Recreation Leader Jerry Krawchuk.  You will learn the fundamentals of groundstrokes, serves, volleys, scoring and game play.  

Cost: $40 for 4 classes per session:

• Session I: FULL 
• Session II: April 29, May 6, 13 & 20
• Session III: June 3, 10, 17 & 24
