PURPOSE: It is the intent of the City of North Port (hereafter “City”) to purchase a new, 19’ Center Console Skiff style boat with 115 HP Yamaha motor (no substitutions) and trailer (hereafter “Vessel”) to perform work in canals, lakes and waterways including but not limited to water sampling and removal of vegetation at intake areas.
