Notice is hereby given that the City of North Port will receive sealed proposals from legal entities authorized to do business in Florida for:
RFP NO. 2025-16
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES FOR PARKS & RECREATION MASTER PLAN
The City of North Port (City) seeks to retain an experienced and qualified professional Parks & Recreation planning firm for the development of a comprehensive Parks and Recreation Master Plan to be implemented by the City of North Port Parks & Recreation Department.
SUBMITTAL DUE DATE: JANUARY14, 2025, NO LATER THAN 2 PM
The City strongly encourages the use of Delivery Services and/or couriers (tracking availability) to deliver your sealed solicitations to: Finance Department/Purchasing Division, City of North Port, 4970 City Hall Boulevard, 3rd Floor, Suite 337, North Port, FL 34286. Proposals received after this date and time will not be opened.
EVALUATION AND RANKING MEETING: JANUARY 23, 2025, AT 2 PM.
This public meeting will be held at City Hall, 4970 City Hall Boulevard, 3rd Floor, Conference Room 337A, North Port, FL 34286.

Proposal documents are also posted on the City FTP site at https://rb.gy/eyqqv (select the Purchasing Folder and scroll to Project RFP 2025-16). However, addendums will only be posted on www.demandstar.com.
