NRCS FUNDED MYAKKAHATCHEE CREEK

MAINTENANCE ACCESS AND DEBRIS REMOVAL PROJECT

 

The City of North Port will be requesting sealed bids from a licensed and experienced Contractors capable of performing permanent removal of fallen trees and other debris blockages in the Myakkahatchee Creek due to Hurricane Ian. The work may include, but is not limited to, structural and drainage services as described within this bid document.

NON-MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING: TUESDAY, July 9, 2024, AT 10 AM

All potential Bidders are recommended to attend the non-mandatory pre-bid conference to answer questions regarding the bid requirements.  The purpose of the Pre-Bid Meeting is to provide a briefing on the City’s expectations and performance requirements for submission of Bid documents.

FEDERAL FUNDING: The projects, programs, and activities to be funded under this Agreement are fully or partially funded by Federal funding, grants and disaster assistance from various federal and state agencies including the United States Department of Agriculture (NRCS) Natural Resources Conservation Service.

Late bids will be rejected and will not be considered for award.
