- NON-MANDATORY PRE-QUOTE MEETING: November 28, 2023, AT 10:00 A.M. City Hall, Room 337A, 4970 City Hall Blvd, North Port, Florida 34286, followed by a site visit. All potential Quoters are recommended to attend the non-mandatory pre-quote conference. The purpose of the Pre-Quote Meeting is to provide a briefing on the City’s expectations and performance requirements for submission of quote documents.
- LAST DAY FOR QUESTIONS: December 6, 2023, AT 2:00 P.M. See the section below titled “Clarification and Additional Information” for further details.
- QUOTE DUE DATE: December 14, 2023, AT 2:00 P.M. Late responses will not be considered. Electronic questions and submittals shall be made to the above-listed contact person. No hard copies will be accepted.

PURPOSE: The City of North Port intends to contract with an experienced and qualified company to provide safe, consistent with removing the existing coating, seal and resurface the floor, along with repairing the waterline tiles at the Children’s Play Area at the North Port Aquatic Center as detailed in this request for proposal. The kids play area will be closed to the public during these renovations.
