It is the intent of the City of North Port (hereafter referred to as “City”) to secure the services of an experienced Contractor to provide quality equipment, product and service at market pricing, and manage vending machine services at City facilities. The City intends to require the successful Proposer to extend a reasonable fee for the right to operate snack and beverage machines at various locations throughout City of North Port.

KEY DATES:

 

1. NON-MANDATORY PRE-QUOTE MEETING: A NON-MANDATORY pre-submittal meeting will be held October 25, 2023 at 10:00 a.m., City Hall, Room 337A. All potential Quoters are recommended to attend the non-mandatory pre-quote conference. The purpose of the Pre-Quote Meeting is to provide a briefing on the City’s expectations and performance requirements for submission of quote documents.

 

Site visits will be made available by appointment listed in a following addendum if requested. This will be your only opportunity to visit certain locations due to staff and security constraints. Please bring a photo ID (preferably a Florida Driver’s License) if planning to attend. All potential Quoters are recommended to attend the non-mandatory pre-quote conference. The purpose of the Pre-Quote Meeting is to provide a briefing on the City’s expectations and performance requirements for submission of quote documents.
