Special Video Program Honoring Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.
The MLK Foundation of Florida, with support from Leon County Government, is proud to announce a special locally produced video commemorating the life and work of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. broadcasting on Comcast Channel 16 and streaming on the County's YouTube channel on Sunday, January 17 at 4 p.m. and again on Monday, January 18 at 10 a.m. and noon. Due to the pandemic, the annual MLK Foundation event recognizing the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., had to change to a safe, socially distanced production. Next year, the event will hopefully return to its usual in-person ceremony format.
