Leon County, Federal Alliance for Safe Homes (FLASH)® and the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) welcome businesses and organizations to the area’s first Ready Business – Hurricane workshop on Thursday, April 26 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Public Safety Complex, 911 Easterwood Dr.

This workshop is important because 75% of organizations without a plan will fail after a natural disaster. The Ready Business - Hurricane Workshop will provide tools and information to help businesses develop or refine a plan to keep their doors open after a disaster.

Some agencies that will be presenting include FEMA, FLASH, National Weather Service Tallahassee and more. To view the full agenda, visit: https://bit.ly/2qoOEc0
