Reorganization Ceremony Scheduled for November 28

WHAT:           Reorganization of the Board

WHEN:          Tuesday, Nov. 28, at 3 p.m.

WHERE:        Leon County Courthouse, 301 S. Monroe St., Commission Chambers

 

A Reorganization Ceremony for the Leon County Board of County Commissioners will be held on Tuesday, Nov. 28 in the Commission Chambers, located on the fifth floor of the Leon County Courthouse, 301 S. Monroe St.

The ceremony will begin at 3 p.m. and will be presided over by Clerk of Courts Gwen Marshall.

During the Reorganization Ceremony, the Board will elect a Chairman and Vice-Chairman for the 2017/2018 year and the newly elected Chairman will take the Oath of Office.

After the ceremony, the Board will reconvene for the regularly scheduled board meeting.
