FIRST COLLABORATIVE COAST TO COAST CONNECTOR SUMMIT TO BE HELD THIS OCTOBER
~Summit to establish a framework for the C2C's implementation as a regional trail system~
TALLAHASSEE – The Florida Department of Environmental Protection's Office of Greenways & Trails invites you to join trail users, planners, managers, private industry, economic developers and elected officials at the Coast to Coast Connector (C2C) Summit on Oct. 1 in Winter Garden.
Learn about and collaborate on the future of the C2C, an approximately 250-mile multi-use recreational trail corridor connecting 19 state, regional and local trails and nine counties. The C2C will also link residents and tourists to some of Central Florida’s most ecologically significant natural resource areas, including the Starkey Wilderness Preserve, Withlacoochee State Forest and Canaveral National Seashore.
