DEP's South District Announces Environmental Resource Permitting Webinar

The Florida Department of Environmental Protection's (DEP) South District is hosting a webinar for regulated entities to learn about the state’s Environmental Resource Permitting (ERP) Program and permit requirements. This program regulates activities occurring in, on or over surface waters or wetlands, as well as activities altering surface water flows.
DEP staff will review common regulated projects and activities, fresh- and saltwater
wetland mitigation requirements, mangroves, E-Permitting options and other public resources.
