DEP Hosts Event About Florida's Geological Resources

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. –  DEP's Florida Geological Survey (FGS) is joining the American Geoscience Institute and geoscientists across the globe to celebrate Earth Science Week, from Oct. 11 - 17. 

Join FGS Director Dr. Jon Arthur to learn how earth sciences influence our daily lives and the future. There will be two viewing opportunities on Oct. 13 and 14.

WHAT:       The Earth Rocks All Around You!

WHEN:      Oct.13, 2020, at 2 p.m. 

   Oct.14, 2020, at 10 a.m. 

WHERE:   Register for these live broadcasts: Oct. 13 and Oct. 14.

Instructions for how to join the meeting will be detailed in the confirmation email. 

The event will be livestreamed, with an opportunity for questions at the end.
