~Visit a Florida State Park this weekend for exciting events and activities~

Florida's 175 state parks are the perfect places to explore, reconnect, try something new and make lasting memories with friends and families. Check out some of the exciting events and activities planned statewide this weekend, and visit a state park near you. North Gilchrist Blue Springs State Park Friday, May 31: Enjoy fun activities and explore the park while receiving prizes like badges and patches at the park's Junior Ranger Day.

Southwest  Little Manatee River State Park Saturday, June 1: Take a leisurely stroll at the park's Nature Walk or Ranger Talk and learn about the most interesting features the land has to offer.

South Hugh Taylor Birch State Park Saturday, June 1: Help maintain the natural beauty of the park in a morning Beach Cleanup.

Northwest  Big Lagoon State Park Saturday, June 1: Stretch, breathe and relax in the great outdoors during this weekly Yoga in the Park event.

Northeast Anastasia State Park Saturday, June 1: Hop into a kayak and join staff for a Dolphin Paddle on Salt Run as you keep an eye out for birds, turtles, manatees and dolphins.

Central  Sebastian Inlet State Park Sunday, June 2: Revel in a late night ranger-led tour at the park's Sea Turtle Walks and maybe see a nesting loggerhead sea turtle along the way.
