TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – The Florida Department of Environmental Protection's Florida Park Service announces the launch of the new Deluxe Real Florida Passport, an exciting way for visitors to document their Florida State Park experiences.

Each Florida State Park has a unique story. The Deluxe Real Florida Passport is a travel-sized journal that visitors use to collect stamps and document their memories at the individual parks. Visitors who collect stamps for all 175 state parks will be eligible for a free Family Annual Entrance Pass.

The spiral-bound booklet includes a fold-out map, the latest information about each state park, and plenty of space for notes and additional stamps.

The Deluxe Real Florida Passport can be purchased online or at selected parks. Additionally, the first 250 entrants in an online survey can win a special edition Passport.

“Florida’s award-winning state parks are enjoyed by millions of visitors every year, and the new Deluxe Passport is an exciting way for them to document visits in a keepsake journal,” said DEP Secretary Noah Valenstein. “Thanks to Governor Rick Scott’s Securing Florida’s Future budget, the state will invest more than $150 million in the state park system in the coming year. DEP is committed to the protection of these prized properties and to making visitor experiences even more memorable.”

Visitors can hike a trail, swim in a spring, sunbathe on a beach, camp near a river, learn about ancient culture or tour historic buildings at a Florida State Park. Visitors are encouraged to share their parks story on social media with the hashtag #EveryStampIsAStory.
