GTM Research Reserve Announces Marineland Lecture Series

WHAT: Marineland Lecture Series: "Jacksonville Zoo Manatee Critical Care WHEN: Tuesday, Jan. 16, 2018 WHERE: Marineland Dolphin Adventure HOW: Click here to reserve a spot online. Limited seating is available so online Meredith Persky, veterinarian at the Jacksonville Zoo and Gardens Manatee Critical Care Center, will discuss how the critical care facility helps the zoo complete the cycle of rescue, rehabilitation and returning manatees to the wild. The Center is one of only four such facilities in Florida. This program is part of an ongoing lecture series presented on the third Tuesday of the month by the GTM Research Reserve and Marineland Dolphin Adventure, and is designed to help the public learn more about the coastal natural world.
