Visit the home of the park’s namesake and one of our “First Floridians.” Visitors can explore the historic site and experience rural life as Marjorie Kinnan Rawlings did in the 1930s.  This year marks the 75th anniversary of the publication of two of Rawlings most memorable books: Cross Creek and Cross Creek Cookery, special events to celebrate will take place throughout the year.
