The Department of Environmental Protection is offering property in Hillsborough County for sale through competitive sealed bid number DSL-BID-16-010. This property is located in Hillsborough County and is approximately 0.98 acres. A portion of County Tax ID P-20-28-22-ZZZ-000006-07630.0 The property is to be sold via sealed bid “as is”, “where is”. Bids will be accepted until 12:00 noon EDT, September 29, 2016. Any bid received after that time will be returned to the BIDDER unopened. The Department of Environmental Protection is not responsible for bids mailed but not arriving at the post office box by 12:00 noon EDT, September 29, 2016. All bids received by the bid submission deadline will be publicly opened at 1:00 p.m. EDT, September 29, 2016.
The minimum acceptable bid will be $93,900.00. Any bids that are less than minimum acceptable bid will be considered counterproposals and will be deemed non-responsive and rejected.
