Lecturer and master beekeeper, Joan Kramer, will take participants on a journey of the many butterflies visiting the reserve's landscapes. After the lecture, the audience will have the opportunity to release their very own butterflies into the Guana Maritime Forest.

The "Afternoon Insight" lecture series is designed for the public to learn about plant and animal life found in estuarine habitats. Topics are presented on the third Wednesday of the themed educational months (February, April, June and August) by knowledgeable volunteers, researchers and members of environmental organizations.
