DEP TO OPEN RENOVATED VISITOR CENTER AT
PAYNES PRAIRIE PRESERVE STATE PARK

~Renovated visitor center provides learning opportunities for the public~

The Florida Department of Environmental Protection's Florida Park Service is hosting a ribbon cutting ceremony to celebrate the re-opening of the renovated visitor center at Paynes Prairie Preserve State Park. Joining Florida Park Service Director Donald Forgione at the ceremony will be Rep. Dennis Baxley, Rep. Clovis Watson and Rep. Keith Perry.

Renovations to the visitor center include the addition of an exhibition area as well as updates to the reception area, auditorium and restrooms
