DEP HOSTS HAZARDOUS WASTE WORKSHOP

The Florida Department of Environmental Protection’s Northeast District will conduct a free workshop on the safe handling and transportation of hazardous waste and used oil.   

The Florida Department of Environmental Protection inspects businesses that generate, transport, treat, store or dispose of hazardous waste, used oil and filters, and universal wastes to protect the environment from the improper handling and disposal of these wastes. This workshop will provide participants the knowledge to ensure compliance with hazardous waste regulations.
