Research Reserve, in conjunction with the University of North Florida, will
host its annual State of the Reserve symposium on Friday, Feb. 5, at reserve's Environmental Education Center. This year’s theme is “Ecosystem
Services.” The traditional symposium and oral presentations on the technical research conducted at the reserve will take place in the afternoon, followed by a poster session and a reception hosted by the Friends of the GTM Reserve.

About the GTM Research Reserve The GTM Research Reserve is one of 28 National Estuarine Research Reserves across the nation focused on researching, educating and protecting the natural biodiversity and cultural resources within the estuary. It is managed by Florida Department of Environmental Protection’s Florida Coastal Office, in partnership with the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration. The Environmental Education Center is located at 505 Guana River Road, Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida, 32082.
