PENSACOLA, Fla. - The early restoration plan, published May 20, 2015, includes 10 proposed early restoration projects. Eight of the proposed projects are located along the coasts of Florida, Alabama, Mississippi or Texas. Two of the projects will be implemented Gulf-wide.
