A cold start to the day can be expected for much of Florida as feels-like temperatures through sunrise are near or below freezing.

Calmer winds will return to North Florida, but gustier winds of 20-25 mph can be expected throughout the Peninsula with some areas reaching near 30-35 mph gusts at times.

Elevated wildfire conditions can be expected nearly statewide, with a higher wildfire danger across the southwest quadrant of the Peninsula.
-
Red Flag Warnings will go into effect later this morning for portions of Central and Southwest Florida for dangerous wildfire potential developing this afternoon.

-
Low temperatures will fall into the middle 20s to lower 30s across the Suwannee Valley and much of the Florida Big Bend where Freeze Warnings will go into effect at midnight. Throughout the rest of North Florida low temperatures will return to the middle 30s to lower 40s.

Central Florida will see low temperatures in the upper 30s to middle 40s. Frost Advisories will go into effect overnight and early Wednesday morning along portions of the Northeast Florida coast and interior portions of East-Central Florida where frost development is possible.
-
South Florida will see low temperatures in the upper 40s to lower 60s.
-

-
Wave heights of 4-7’ can be expected for Peninsula beaches, with larger waves upwards of 6-10’ along the Treasure Coast where High Surf Advisories are in effect.
-
The St. Johns River at Astor continues to fall through minor flood stage.
