Significant Events: COVID-19

Meteorological Summary:

Near record highs expected today for much of the state.
Isolated showers possible in South Florida this afternoon.
Dense fog likely to develop again tonight in North Florida.
Major flooding possible along the Alapaha River; minor to moderate flooding continues on the Apalachicola Basin.
Moderate rip current risk along Panhandle and Atlantic beaches.
Moderate wildfire threat continues statewide.
Lake Okeechobee average elevation is 12.40 feet, which is 2.05 feet below normal for this time of year.
