Meteorological Summary:
- Scattered showers are possible across a large portion of the state today.
- Patchy frost will be possible tonight in inland parts of the Panhandle and Big Bend.
- There is a moderate rip current risk for most Panhandle and Atlantic beaches.
- A River Flood Warning remains in effect for the Apalachicola River near Blountstown.
- Lake Okeechobee average elevation is 12.94 feet as of Tuesday, which is 1.65 feet below normal for this time of year.
