EOC Activation Level: Level 3 - Monitoring

Meteorological Summary:

Scattered showers are possible across a large portion of the state today.
Patchy frost will be possible tonight in inland parts of the Panhandle and Big Bend.
There is a moderate rip current risk for most Panhandle and Atlantic beaches.
A River Flood Warning remains in effect for the Apalachicola River near Blountstown.
Lake Okeechobee average elevation is 12.94 feet as of Tuesday, which is 1.65 feet below normal for this time of year.
