Florida State Watch Office Morning Situation Report

EOC Activation Level: Level 3 - Monitoring

Meteorological Summary:

Isolated to scattered showers will develop in North Florida today and into tonight.
Temperatures will be about 10 to 15 degrees above normal for mid-February (upper 70s to middle 80s).
Dense fog is expected to develop tonight across much of the state.
There is a moderate rip current risk for Panhandle beaches and along the Space and Treasure Coast.
A River Flood Warning remains in effect for the Santa Fe River near Three Rivers Estates.
Lake Okeechobee average elevation is 12.81 feet, which is 1.76 below normal for this time of year.
