Meteorological Summary:
  • Mostly sunny skies are expected across much of the state.
  • Isolated showers are possible along parts of the East Coast.
  • Minor to moderate river flooding continues on a few North Florida rivers.
  • There is a moderate rip current risk for Panhandle and most East Coast beaches.
  • The wildfire threat today is moderate across the state.
  • Lake Okeechobee average elevation is 12.46 feet, which is 2.26 feet below normal for this time of year.
