Incident Name: Treated Effluent Release 
Occurred: 10/15/2018   04:00 ET

Summary: Approximately 100,000 gallons of treated effluent were released from a treatment facility in Orlando due to pumps being shut off. No clean-up was required for this spill however they are using a vacuum truck to return the recoverable liquid to a holding tank.

Incident Name: Petroleum Release

Summary: FWC advised of a petroleum release that occurred two days ago in Tampa Bay near the Skyway Bridge when a vessel collided with a navigation buoy. Reporting party was unable to advise if the release was motor oil or fuel or what sort of clean-up actions have been taken.

Summary: All east-bound lanes of I-10 were closed in Live Oak due to a single vehicle fire. It is unknown if there are any injuries or spills.

Summary: Approximately 21,000 gallons of aerator effluent were released from a pipeline due to equipment failure. The release did not enter any storm drains or waterways. Clean up conducted by the reporting party.

Incident Name: HazMat Release 
Occurred: 10/10/2018   12:00 ET

Summary: Approximately 4,000 gallons of sodium aluminate was released in Panama City at the Millville Wastewater Plant due to Hurricane Michael. The release entered Watson Bayou and the release has dissipated. No clean up actions took place.

Summary:  An unknown amount of raw sewage has spilled from a lift station in Live Oak near Surrey Place Care Center. It is unknown if the station is publicly or privately owned. The release has been ongoing since 10/12/18 and no action has been taken by the city. The release has entered a nearby retention pond. No clean up actions are reported.
