Meteorological Summary:
- Sunny and warm conditions expected today across North Florida.
- A cold front will produce scattered showers and thunderstorms across Central and South Florida.
- Cooler, drier air will arrive in the Panhandle tonight.
- Waves of 2-4’ and ocean swells will result in a moderate risk of rip currents at most Atlantic Coast beaches and a high risk of rip currents at most Florida Gulf Coast beaches.
- River Flood Warnings in effect for 5 Panhandle and Big Bend rivers.
- Tropical Storm Michael weakening and moving out of the region. Hurricane Leslie and Tropical Storm Nadine not a threat to Florida.
