Welcome to Renew, DC – a wellness journey designed to revitalize your mind, body, and spirit! We're excited to have you join us for the Renew Wellness Challenge. Today marks the start of your journey toward greater well-being.
How does it work?

Choose Your Focus Area
To get started, pick one of the following areas that speaks to you most:
Boost Happiness Create Calm Sharpen Focus Increase Energy
Each area offers a variety of activities to explore.

Complete Daily Activities
You’ll aim for one activity per day. Select what resonates with you most each day, whether it’s trying something new or revisiting an activity you love.

Track Your Progress
As you log your activities, you’ll unlock portions of a serene, soothing scene. Your goal is to complete one full scene each week over the next 4 weeks by logging 7 activities per week. That’s 28 activities total—one step closer to a more refreshed and centered you!

Optional: Join a Duo
Want a little extra motivation? Consider partnering with a friend or colleague by forming a Duo! The two of you can track your progress together by completing a collaborative Duo illustration, with each person contributing 5 activities. You can participate in up to two Duos at a time.
