The open application period for Social Equity and Non-Social Equity Applicants will start at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, August 29, 2023, and end at 4:00 p.m. on Monday, October 30. License types available during this open application period are limited to Courier, Cultivation Center, and Manufacturer.
Parties interested in applying for a license during this open application period are encouraged to register for the information session at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, August 10. Advance registration is required.
An additional information session will be hosted at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, October 10 for the open application period for unlicensed operators that will start at 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, November 1, 2023, and end at 4:00 p.m. on Monday, January 29, 2024. License types available during this open application period are limited to Cultivation Center, Internet Retailer, and Retailer.
