The purpose of this letter is to provide an overview of the District’s planned implementation of Direct Care Worker Vaccination Incentive Initiative approved under its American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 (ARPA) Initial Spending Plan and Narrative for Enhanced Funding for Medicaid Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS).
