Ensuring that our cluster agencies provide more transparent and customer-friendly government services for residents, non-residents and businesses is one of DMOI’s key goals. Getting your constructive input is an important part of accomplishing this goal, so periodically we will be sending out short surveys.
Our first survey will focus on how you submit and resolve 311 requests and your general use of in-person services.
The survey should take no more than 2 minutes. Response submissions will close COB on Monday, August 16.
