CORRECTED DDOT TRAFFIC ADVISORY: Temporary Lane Closures for Bridge Repairs at Kenilworth Avenue over Burroughs Avenue NE from June 27 through July 12, 2021

(Washington, DC)—The District Department of Transportation (DDOT) will conduct bridge preservation and repair activities at Kenilworth Avenue over Burroughs Avenue NE in The District of Columbia Bridge Network. This work will be performed from Sunday night, June 27, 2021, weather permitting.

 

All work will take place at night after the evening rush hour 6:30 pm to 5:00 am.

 

Traffic controls will be in place to warn drivers approaching the areas. Motorists should anticipate moderate-to-heavy delays due to the lane closures.

 

Drivers are advised to stay alert while traveling through these locations and to be observant of the inspection and construction personnel.
