DC Health No Longer Accepting Paper Applications

Beginning June 14, 2021

Effective Monday, June 14, 2021, the District of Columbia Department of Health, Health Regulation and Licensing Administration (HRLA) will no longer accept paper applications for a health professional license.  Any application received after this date will be returned to the applicant, along with any attached payment.  Any healthcare provider applying for a new health professional license, or to renew[1], reinstate, or reactivate an existing license, must do so by going to the below link and submitting an online application.  All users are strongly encouraged to review the instructions prior to beginning the process.
