(Washington, DC)—The District Department of Transportation (DDOT) will conduct bridge preservation and repair activities on the pedestrian bridge over Kenilworth Avenue at Lane Place NE from May 27 through June 18 2021, weather permitting.
Work will take place after the morning rush hour between 9:30 am to 3:30 pm. One travel lane will be closed and all other lanes will be open to traffic.
All traffic controls will be in place to warn drivers approaching the areas. Motorists should anticipate moderate delays due to the lane is closure.
Drivers are advised to stay alert while traveling through these locations and to be observant of the inspection and construction personnel.
