DHS/Unity Healthcare COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic for People Experiencing Homelessness – May 2021 Schedule Update

DHS and Unity Healthcare are continuing to offer access to vaccines for people experiencing homelessness and staff serving the Continuum of Care throughout May 2021.
Details on times and location are included in the attached flyer and copied below. Individuals who are seeking their first dose of Johnson & Johnson or Moderna, or are due for second doses of Moderna, can use this clinic during any of the walk-up hours.
We are able to provide transportation support to clients as needed; please contact Bill Kuennen at William.kuennen@dc.gov for specific requests or more information.

In addition, everyone over the age of 16 is now eligible for a vaccine. The District is operating 11 walk-up vaccination sites open to everyone over the age of 16, so clients and staff should utilize those sites as well if they are more convenient in terms of times or locations.
