Nighttime Resurfacing Roadwork on Interstate 66 from Virginia Avenue NW to the E Street Ramp at the Theodore Roosevelt Bridge to Begin Thursday, April 15, 2021

(Washington, DC) - The District Department of Transportation (DDOT) is scheduled to begin nighttime resurfacing roadway work on Interstate 66 from Virginia Avenue NW to the E Street Ramp at the Theodore Roosevelt Bridge starting on or about Thursday, April 15, 2021.

 

The contractor is authorized to work Monday through Friday from 8:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. Construction is scheduled to be completed by Friday, May 7, 2021 weather permitting.

 

Traffic control devices will be in place to warn drivers approaching the area. Motorists should anticipate moderate delays due to lane closures. Drivers are advised to stay alert while traveling through the location and to be observant of the work zone and work crews.
