DDOT TRAFFIC ADVISORY: Temporary Closures on I-295 Kenilworth Avenue Freeway Northbound from March 23 through April 2, 2021         

(Washington, DC)—The District Department of Transportation (DDOT) will temporarily close single lanes and shoulders on the following roadways to perform construction activities for the Parkside Pedestrian Bridge along the I-295/DC 295 corridor. The work will be from March 23 through April 2, 2021, weather permitting. All closures will occur during the time period indicated below: 

• Single right lane closure on I-295 Kenilworth Ave northbound between Hayes St. NE and Foote St. NE starting at 9:00am to 3:00pm from March 23^rd to March 26^th
• Single right lane closure on I-295 Kenilworth Ave northbound between Hayes St. NE and Foote St. NE starting at 7:00am to 5:00pm on March 27^th
• Single right lane closure on I-295 Kenilworth Ave northbound between Hayes St. NE and Foote St. NE starting at 9:00am to 3:00pm from March 29^th to April 2^nd
• Single right lane closure on I-295 Kenilworth Ave northbound between Hayes St. NE and Foote St. NE starting at 8:00pm to 6:00am from April 1^st to April 2^nd
