Temporary Lane Closures for Bridge and Tunnel Inspections from February 22 through February 26, 2021

 

(Washington, DC)—The District Department of Transportation (DDOT) will temporarily close single lanes on the following roadways for bridge and tunnel inspections, weather permitting:

 

South Capitol Street SW under SW Freeway/I-695, right lane closure of Northbound South Capitol Street, S.W. under S.W. Freeway/I-695 and the associated ramps followed by a right lane closure of Southbound South Capitol Street, S.W. under S.W. Freeway/I-695 and the associated ramps on Monday and Tuesday, February 22 and 23, from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm

 

Ramp from Northbound South Capitol Street, SW to Westbound SW Freeway/I-695 under SW Freeway/I-695, narrowing/partial lane closure of the ramp from Northbound South Capitol Street, S.W. to Westbound S.W. Freeway/I-695 under S.W. Freeway/I-695 on Monday and Tuesday, February 22 and 23, from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm

 

Potomac Parkway under Ramp from I-66 to Whitehurst Freeway, right lane closure of Southbound Potomac Parkway on Wednesday, February 24, from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm

 

Ramp for Westbound Southeast Freeway (I-695) to Northbound Center Leg of I-395 under Railroad Bridges, alternating right and left lane closures of the ramp which connects Westbound Southeast Freeway (I-695) to Northbound Center Leg of I-395 under the railroad bridges on Wednesday, February 24, during the hours of 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM

 

Southbound I-695 over Anacostia River, left lane closure of Southbound I-695 over Anacostia River follow by a right lane closure of Southbound I-695 over Anacostia River on Friday, February 26, during the hours of 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM
