Temporary Full Closures of I-395 Southbound near Exit 4 from February 19 through February 20, 2021

 

 

(Washington, DC)—The District Department of Transportation (DDOT)) will temporarily stop all traffic on I-395 Southbound just prior to Exit 4 (6th Street SW/7th Street SW) from Friday, February 19, 2021 through Saturday February 20, 2021, from 11:00 am to 8:00 am the following morning.for replacement and repair of existing sign structures along the I-395 corridor. The work area set-up will include reducing traffic down to one lane, followed by 30-minute full stoppages between the Center Leg Freeway and the 6th Street SW/7th Street SW ramp. 

During the above closure, the following ramps will be closed:

  • Ramp from the 9th Street Expressway to I-395 Northbound (Marked detour to be in place.)
