Temporary Closure for Bridge Repairs on E Street Ramp over Potomac Parkway 

 

(Washington, DC) - The District Department of Transportation (DDOT) will conduct bridge preservation and repair activities on the inbound ramp to E Street NW over Potomac Parkway in The District of Columbia Bridge Network.

 

This work will be performed on Monday, September 21, 2020 through Thursday, September 24, 2020, weather permitting. The ramp will be closed during this time for repairs to assure the safety of the workers and traveling public.

 

This closure is scheduled to occur beginning on Monday September 21 at 9:30 am and re-opened to the public by 5:00 am Friday, September 25.

 

A detour and all traffic controls will be in place to warn drivers approaching the areas. Motorists should anticipate moderate delays due to the time the ramp is closed.

 

Drivers are advised to stay alert while traveling through these locations and to be observant of the inspection and construction personnel.
