Temporary Closures on I-295 Northbound and Southbound on July 27 to July 31, 2020
(Washington, DC) — The District Department of Transportation (DDOT) will temporarily close single lanes and shoulders on the following roadways to perform construction activities along the I-295/DC 295 corridor.
The following closures will be in place daily from Monday, July 27 until Friday, July 31, 2020, weather permitting:
- Single right lane closure on Kenilworth Ave NE Service Road between Hayes St. NE and Foote St. NE starting at 9:00am to 4:00pm from July 27th to July 31st
These closures are required for pavement work, guardrail installation and equipment mobilization associated with multiple DDOT projects aimed at improving the I-295/DC 295 corridor.
