Bridge and Tunnel Inspection Schedule for the Week of Sunday, June 14, 2020

 

(Washington, D.C.) - The District Department of Transportation (DDOT) will temporarily close single lanes/or shoulders on the following roadways for bridge and tunnel inspections, weather permitting:

 

Eastbound K St Tunnel under Washington Circle (Tunnel 102) right lane closure on Sunday June 14, from 8:00 pm to 4:30 am

 

Southbound Connecticut Ave under Dupont Circle (Tunnel 101) closure on Sunday, June 14, from 9:00 pm to 4:30 am 

 

Northbound Connecticut Ave under Dupont Circle (Tunnel 101) closure on Monday, June 15, from 9:00 pm to 4:30 am 

 

Barney Circle Ramp (Tunnel 1409) eastbound right lane then left lane closure on Tuesday, June 16, from 8:00 pm to 4:30 am

 

Barney Circle (Tunnel 1410) eastbound right side then left lane closure on Tuesday, June 16, from 8:00 pm to 4:30am

 

Barney Circle (Tunnel 1410) westbound right side then left lane closure on Wednesday, June 17, from 8:00 pm to 4:30am

 

Mall Tunnel (Tunnel 1142) northbound left lanes on Wednesday and Thursday, June 18 and 19, from 8:00 pm to 4:30 am

 

Traffic controls will be in place to warn drivers approaching the areas.  Motorists should anticipate lite-to-moderate delays due to the lane closures.  Drivers are advised to stay alert while traveling through these locations and to be observant of the inspection personnel.
